Customer Support Team Launch
Datum are proud to launch a new Customer Support service.
Our 24/7 help team already provide a first class service to customers around the world but has now been expanded to form a dedicated customer service department.
The Customer Support unit will be backed by an online portal – a service which allows clients to directly log support issues and monitor ongoing issues.
The support team has been extended to provide continuous 24/7 telephone support and raise tickets on behalf of clients.
Customer Support Manager Paula Shipman, said: “As part of our improvement drive, we are focused on providing first class customer service to all of our clients throughout the UK and abroad.
“To meet the needs of our expanding customer base, we have invested in growing what was our IT Help Desk to become a Customer Support team, and with our new recruits bring in a wider skill set so that new services can be added over time.”
Datum have worked tirelessly on providing the ultimate in customer support and believe the ticketing system provides even greater transparency with customers and clients.
The Zendesk ticketing software is secure and private, and allows clients to comment, ask questions on issues raised and also view a series of FAQs to help resolves a number of issues.
