Training & Development
Training and development are an integral part of our operation at Datum, and our employees have the opportunity to partake in over 100 different training courses relevant to their roles in the Railway, Construction and Utility industries.
We follow a continuing professional development program of appraisal and training, with a clear focus on managing competence. Through effective performance management, we follow up our training sessions with ongoing assessments to monitor individuals using their skills and to check their retained knowledge.
