We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Support Technician to join us.
You will be an integral member of the team who will use your experience and technical knowledge to provide top class customer service by effectively and efficiently responding to enquiries and issues at first line.

You will also be an excellent verbal and written communicator who is equally comfortable working with our customers, field based engineers and internal staff.

Some of the most important things you will deliver in the role are:
- Successfully building rapport and liaising with customers on a daily basis to understand requirements and resolve enquiries within set targets
- Effectively handling customer issues or complaints to avoid further escalation
- Using initiative to solve problems in situations where the answer is not immediately apparent
- Having a thorough understanding of our specialist products and data software
It is essential that you have previous experience of providing customer service and successfully delivering to targets.
Engineering or rail industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential as we will support your learning. The role offers great opportunities to build a range of skills and progress quickly.

Our customer services team are available 24/7 therefore you will work on a rotating shift pattern which also allows for in house training and further development.
The salary for the role will be up dependent on experience.
