British Drilling Association – Geotechnics Seminar – 31 October 2019, London

The British Drilling Association (BDA) has announced the first of its next series of industry seminars – “WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF RISING COMPLACENCY ABOUT GEOTECHNICS?” – which will be held Thursday 31st October 2019, at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, London.


The seminar will present the influencers and technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Risk, Ground Models, etc that can both encourage complacency.

Datum (a DYWIDAG-Systems International) company, is pleased to announced that Rory O’Rourke, Vice President IHM Sales, will be presenting at the seminar, discussing how measurements and qualification of on-going risk using monitoring systems, can provide forensic and immediate answers, to ensure project progress is uninterrupted and devoid of potential catastrophe.
