The user portal allows users to monitor support progress, search FAQs and submit ticket support.

Once registered, users can view and update tickets and monitor submitted responses.

Please note that tickets will not be submitted until your email account is verified.

Users with tickets logged in the system receive updates via email when:

  • tickets are submitted
  • comments made about tickets
  • upon resolution of the ticket

Tickets can be updated by simply by replying to emails sent by the ticketing system without logging into the portal.
